Prior to Your Initial Session:
After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive an email that includes the intake form and specific directions for completing the form electronically. This intake form is crucial to our preparation for your session. Complete and e-mail to our office your paperwork 24 hours before your session to maximize your treatment time. Your Initial Session:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to sign paperwork, relax and use the restroom.
Whenever possible, wear comfortable/loose fitting clothing and feel free to remove your shoes. You will be asked to take off all jewelry and metal and turn off your cell phone if possible. Allow 2 hours for your initial session to talk about your current and adaptive stressors. This allows you to connect energetically to your body before testing. You will be hooked up to the Quantum Biofeedback Device with a head harness to read your brain waves and 4 pulse leads to read your heart beat.
After Your Sessions:
For maximum benefit, we recommend that you go home or take a walk in nature. Do not schedule any stressful or strenuous activities if possible. We will send you a feedback form and would appreciate your comments.
Subsequent Sessions:
On average most people choose 1 ½ hours for subsequent sessions. You will briefly discuss how things are going and where you are in your healing process. This is a good time to bring up new stressors that you are dealing with and any lifestyle changes that you have made. We will then follow the same procedure as your initial session. These sessions will work on a continuum to unwind stressors and assist your body in healing and restoring your life energy.
