FEES & PAYMENT: Biofeedback sessions range from $80-125 per hour depending on your practitioner. The full amount of your session fee is due at each session unless pre-paid package arrangements have been made. Please have your payment ready ahead of time so that it will not take time either from your or the next person’s session.

SESSIONS REQUIRED: Biofeedback is a process that takes time to uncover and heal from all types of stress: deficiencies, emotional, toxic, inherited, and pathogens that gets imbedded into different systems of the body: the brain, endocrine, digestive, immune and emotional.  Making necessary lifestyle changes as well as honoring your body’s need to detoxify takes time. After your first session, you will discuss and agree upon the initial number of sessions needed.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Our office is open for scheduling Monday thru Friday. If we do not answer the phone when you call, please leave your name and phone number, we will return you call within 24 hours business hours.  When making a Biofeedback appointment, please understand that the time you request will be reserved for you.  Please let us know if you need a reminder call.

CANCELLATIONS:  Biofeedback, to be effective, requires commitment and dedication.  When you schedule an appointment, your session time is reserved for you. You are expected to come to your appointments.  Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled session.  We will make every attempt to fill your slot for any cancellation made with less than 5 business days notice, however if we cannot, you agree to pay for your session in full.
